Welcome to CAG's Airport Emergency Plan Web Portal
- As stipulated in Annex 14 of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Standards & Recommended Practices, states are required to establish an emergency plan to commensurate with the aircraft operations and other activities conducted at the airport. As operator of both Changi Airport and Seletar Airport, Changi Airport Group (CAG), is responsible for maintaining and ensuring that both the Changi Airport Emergency Plan (CAEP) and Seletar Airport Emergency Plan (SAEP) are updated at regular intervals. Specific responsibilities and the capacity to which parties will provide assistance are outlined in the CAEP and SAEP respectively. Participation from the airport community is paramount in achieving collective crisis management resilience in either Changi Airport or Seletar Airport during aviation emergencies, through collaboration and alignment between CAG and its stakeholders in their response.
